Why closeness works

A real encounter can change the way you look at your own path.

Young people get to know inspiring and successful people not on a stage, but in person. They talk openly about decisions, challenges and successes - and about what concerns young people on their journey.

Role models work,
when closeness arises.

Representation

Success has many faces and many paths.

Encounters in which young people with African, Latin American or other migration backgrounds can find themselves are particularly important. Representation makes possibilities credible and images of the future more concrete.
