Representation first.
Young people should see themselves in the people, stories and opportunities they encounter.

Not all young people have the same access to information, contacts and role models. OpenDesk makes educational and career opportunities for young people aged 10 to 16 tangible - openly, respectfully and without reducing their paths to deficits.
We especially want to reach young people with African, Latin American or other migration histories. Parents and caregivers can contact OpenDesk directly for clear guidance.
Open Doors and Inspiring Evening are designed directly for young people. The tutoring programme is being developed with care.

We connect young people with places, people and information that make educational paths more tangible. We think with parents, and we invite schools and partner organizations to work together.

Young people should see themselves in the people, stories and opportunities they encounter.
Education doesn't just pass on knowledge. It makes you more independent, courageous and able to act.
Our work arises from real life environments - in exchange with young people, families and partners.
We make paths more understandable, open access and take hurdles seriously.
We grow carefully so that our offers appear reliable in the long term.
