My child is being bullied: Here's what to do now

Listen calmly and take your child seriously. Then decide whether there is immediate danger or whether the school and school social work should begin a protection and clarification process.

Repeated exclusion or bullying

Document incidents. Contact your class teacher and school social work. Arrange specific protective measures and a check-up appointment.

A single conflict

Do not listen to both sides yourself. Discuss with the teacher what was observed and what clarification is appropriate at school.

Cyberbullying

Don't reply. Save screenshots. Report content on the platform and block accounts involved. Decide with a specialist whether the police are necessary.
