You are allowed to receive information, ask questions and contribute your perspective. Prepare a few specific points and at the end note who will do what and by when.

From the 3rd primary grade onwards, the child generally takes part; Participation is possible earlier.
You can do that now

Read the invitation and note the occasion.

Write down observations and the three most important questions.

Ask for interpretation early on: «I would like to understand the conversation well. Please organize an interpreter.”

Ask questions during the conversation until the explanation is clear.

Record agreements, responsible person and inspection date.
